About Me
I am a Passionate Wisdom Leader
In 1977 I was inspired to become the leader that I am today. I had a near death experience that helped me explore the mysteries of life, love and the universe with passion, courage and wonder.
My stepfather suddenly died of a heart attack at age 47. My heart was so full of grief and sorrow. Three weeks later I had contracted 2 viruses resulting in 5 days of 105° temperature, blurred vision and aches in every inch of my body. I ended up on the floor of my living room in excruciating pain, riddled with fear that I was going to die alone.
Suddenly, I was guided to bring white light into my body. I then became connected to the entire universe, and felt “one” with everyone and everything.
That day was the turning point of clearly knowing that there is a gift in everything that happens.
Since then, I’ve had a very strong passion to share this truth, that our connection to each other and all of life is full of unlimited gifts, opportunities and love.
My magical journey of creativity, growth and expansion has given me the knowledge and tools to inspire other leaders to ignite their potential and fully contribute their gifts and strengths to the world.
Introducing new creative and powerful leadership modalities, has been my strength and passion with leaders and teams in fortune 500 corporations for the past 30 years. The executives I’ve worked with have taken their leadership strengths and skills to the next level of mastery to produce outstanding results with their teams, organization and customers.

Accomplishments:
- Co-created and co-implemented the Northrop Grumman (NG) internal coaching program and served as one of the Master Coaches
- Served as an executive coach for 15 years
- Managed and created a high performing, collaborative team of 10 contract professional certified coaches, staffing 6 coaching centers across the U.S. serving a sector of 24,000 employees. Coaching services provided to executives, managers and individual contributors and teams.
- Developed and implemented marketing strategy and branding for the Insights coaching centers, increasing participation by 65% over 3 years.
- Held leadership positions for 15 years at the manager and director level.
